Welcome to A4 Studios! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and responsibilities you agree to when subscribing to our services. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@a4studios.co.za

1. Overview

A4 Studios is a subscription-based creative service offering unlimited graphic and web design requests for a fixed monthly fee. We prioritize speed, quality, and reliability.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Monthly Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

• Automatic Renewal: Unless canceled, your subscription will renew automatically.

• Payment Platform: We process payments via PayFast or Stripe, depending on your region.

• Refund Policy: Due to the creative nature of our service, we do not offer refunds. If you’re unhappy, we encourage open feedback so we can resolve issues quickly.

3. What’s Included

Each subscription tier includes different deliverables. In general:

• Submit as many design requests as you like

• Requests are handled one at a time (or more, depending on your tier)

• Turnaround is typically 1–2 business days for most tasks

• You get source files, unlimited revisions, and full usage rights

4. Request Management

We manage all design requests through Trello (or Notion, depending on the client setup). Once subscribed, you’ll get access to your personal dashboard where you can:

• Submit new requests

• Track request status

• Leave feedback

• Prioritize your queue

5. Turnaround Time

We aim to complete most requests in 1–2 business days, depending on complexity. Larger projects (e.g., full website designs or brand guides) may take longer.

Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed, but we always strive for efficiency and quality.

6. Intellectual Property

Once the work is delivered and your subscription is active, you own the final designs 100%.

We reserve the right to showcase design work in our portfolio or marketing unless you’ve explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

7. Pausing or Canceling Your Subscription

• You can pause your subscription if you don’t have ongoing design needs. Your unused time rolls over.

• You can cancel anytime, and your service will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

No refunds are issued for unused time unless legally required.

8. Communication & Collaboration

• We communicate primarily via email, Trello, and Notion

• Client availability for feedback greatly affects delivery times

• Please provide clear, constructive briefs for best results

• We may use AI tools to assist with production speed (never to replace creativity)

9. Legal Stuff

• All content must be legal, non-offensive, and within copyright bounds

• A4 Studios is not liable for any business losses, damages, or disputes resulting from the use of our designs

• We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for violations of these terms or abusive behavior

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify active subscribers via email.
